I’ve been fortunate to have Dr. Everald Manning as my PCP for six years now. I have never felt so heard by ANY physician during all of my years of seeking medical care. He is extremely thorough with seeking out the best solutions, medications, as well as referrals when needed. My older Sister was the first of our Family to be one of his patients; there are now five of us who are recipients of Dr. Manning’s stellar care. #Grateful

Frequently Asked
Frequently asked questions about Dr. Manning.
What does family medicine cover — and is it different from internal medicine?
Family medicine covers the whole person across every stage of life. Dr. Manning sees children, adults, and older patients — and he manages everything from routine preventive care to chronic conditions to urgent problems that come up between visits. Internal medicine focuses exclusively on adults, often with more complexity. Family medicine is broader by design. If you want one doctor who can take care of your whole household and knows your history over time, that's what Dr. Manning is here to do.
Does Dr. Manning see patients of all ages, or just adults?
All ages. Dr. Manning sees children, teenagers, adults, and older patients. Families who want one doctor for multiple generations — or parents who'd rather bring their kids and their own care to the same place — are a natural fit here. There's also a real clinical advantage to having a doctor who knows the family history firsthand, not just what you wrote on an intake form. That context matters more than most people realize.
I haven't seen a doctor in years. Where do I even start?
Start here. Dr. Manning sees patients who are overdue for care regularly — it's more common than you think, and there's no lecture waiting for you. The first visit is mostly about getting a baseline: where things stand right now, what's worth monitoring, and what, if anything, needs attention. Some people haven't been seen in years and turn out to be fine. Some have something worth catching early. Either way, you're better off knowing.
What's the point of an annual physical if I feel fine?
Quite a bit gets caught at physicals that patients had no idea was there. Blood pressure creeping up. Blood sugar moving in the wrong direction. Cholesterol numbers that have shifted. None of those announce themselves — they show up on labs. By the time you feel something, the problem is often further along than it needed to be. The physical isn't about confirming you're healthy. It's about finding the things that don't feel like anything yet.
What conditions does Dr. Manning treat and manage?
Most things that come up in adult and family health. Hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid conditions, asthma, infections, anxiety and depression, weight management, and preventive screenings are all within his scope. He also handles acute problems — illnesses, minor injuries, concerns that come up between annual visits. If something turns out to need a specialist, Dr. Manning coordinates that referral and stays involved in your overall care. For most patients, he's the doctor they need most of the time.
How does Dr. Manning work with the specialists at Remix Medical?
Primary care and specialty care work best when they're connected. When Dr. Manning identifies something that warrants a nephrology consult, a pain management evaluation, or a pulmonary workup, he can coordinate that inside the same practice rather than sending you somewhere unfamiliar. And when the specialist visit is done, the findings come back to Dr. Manning. He's the doctor who holds the full picture of your health — not just one piece of it.
Can Dr. Manning handle urgent issues, or is he only for scheduled visits?
Primary care isn't just for annual physicals. If you're sick, dealing with something that came on suddenly, or have a concern that can't wait for a routine appointment, Dr. Manning's office handles those too. Having an established primary care doctor means you don't have to start from scratch at an urgent care clinic every time something comes up — someone who already knows your history sees you instead. That's a better outcome for most situations.
