A first visit takes about an hour. You'll leave with a written plan in the patient portal the same day. Tap any step below for the details.
Before you come in
Fill out portal paperwork (about 15 minutes) and bring any recent imaging and the story of your injury — when it started, what makes it worse. If it’s a car accident, bring the accident and insurance details.
Your first visit
We watch how you move, examine your spine, and talk through your goals. Many patients get their first treatment the same day, once we’re confident it’s the right fit.
A plan with an endpoint
You’ll get a realistic plan — roughly how many visits, over how many weeks, and the at-home exercises that do half the work. Not an open-ended, come-forever schedule.
Re-evaluation
We recheck your movement and pain at set points to make sure it’s working. If you’ve plateaued, we change the approach rather than repeat it.

Is chiropractic care safe, and does an adjustment hurt?
For most people with mechanical back and neck pain, chiropractic adjustment is safe and low-risk. The adjustment itself usually isn’t painful — you may hear a pop and feel immediate looseness. We screen first for the small number of conditions where adjustment isn’t appropriate, and refer to the medical team if we find one.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on the problem, but you should expect a defined plan, not an endless one. Many patients improve within a handful of visits over a few weeks, then taper off. We re-evaluate along the way and tell you honestly when you no longer need to come in.
Can chiropractic help sciatica or headaches?
Often, yes. Sciatica from an irritated lower-back nerve and tension or neck-related headaches both respond well to adjustment, soft-tissue work, and targeted exercise. If your case isn’t improving, we can escalate to imaging or a pain specialist in the same practice.
Do you handle car-accident injuries and the paperwork?
