Heat & dehydration risk
Heat and dehydration strain the whole body — limit midday exertion, stay in shade or air conditioning, and check on older or vulnerable people. If you take medications that affect hydration or blood pressure, ask your care team how heat changes your plan.

Why patients choose us
Independent, board-certified chiropractic medicine — the same physician every visit. No hospital committee, no rotating residents.
This is not a standalone chiropractic office. Dr. Samani practices inside a physician-owned multispecialty group, sharing a record with the MDs down the hall — so if your back pain turns out not to be mechanical, the next step happens in-house.
Some back and neck pain needs imaging, a physician, or pain management instead. We screen for that at the first visit and say so, rather than booking a package of visits and hoping.
The Jones Road office serves Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Champions, and Willowbrook, with free on-site parking and appointments that do not require a drive inside the Beltway.
Local care details
The week after a Gulf Coast storm is one of the busiest of the year for back injuries, and almost none of them happen during the storm. They happen during cleanup — dragging soaked carpet and drywall, hauling branches, working off ladders, lifting waterlogged furniture that weighs several times what it should. The injuries worth avoiding come from twisting under load and from attempting the whole job on day one. If something goes in your back during cleanup, get it looked at early rather than working through a fortnight of it.
There is no X-ray at this office. That is deliberate — most back and neck pain does not need imaging, and routine films rarely change the plan. When your exam turns up something that does warrant imaging, we order it at a nearby facility and go through the results with you. Because there are physicians in this same building, a finding that needs a doctor becomes a same-day conversation rather than a referral letter.
Cost & insurance
In-network with most major commercial plans, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Texas Medicaid. Don’t see your plan? Our benefits team can verify coverage on the spot — most calls take under a minute.
Frequently asked
No. You can book directly with Dr. Samani at 11111 Jones Rd. If you were seen at an urgent care or emergency room after a car accident or injury, bring those records and any imaging — it saves repeating tests and lets treatment start from what is already documented about your injury.
Most adjustments are not painful. Some patients feel brief pressure or hear a popping sound, which is gas releasing from the joint rather than anything breaking. Soreness for a day afterward is common early in treatment, similar to after starting a new exercise, and usually settles as you progress.
It depends on the problem and how long it has been going on. Acute strains often improve within a few visits; long-standing problems take longer. We reassess as we go and tell you when treatment has done what it can, rather than selling a fixed package up front.
Not routinely, and not at this office. Most back and neck pain does not need imaging, and routine films rarely change the treatment plan. When your exam shows something that does warrant imaging, we order it nearby and review the results with you before proceeding.
Many commercial plans and Medicare cover chiropractic care, often with a visit limit per year. Coverage varies more in chiropractic than in most specialties, so call (281) 955-7055 before your first visit and our benefits team can verify your specific plan and any visit cap.
Certain findings mean you need a physician rather than an adjustment — among them fever with back pain, unexplained weight loss, loss of bladder or bowel control, progressive weakness in a leg, or pain that is worse at night and unrelated to movement. We screen for these at the first visit.
