Common questions

These answers are also what our structured data reports, so a search engine and a visitor read the same thing.

What is the phone number for Remix Medical?
(713) 597-5131 is the number for every Remix Medical office — one line covers all locations and specialties, and it is answered Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Where is Remix Medical located?
The main office is at 1724 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77098. Additional offices serve Greater Houston and Limestone County; each location page lists its own address, hours, parking, and the specialties seen there.
What are Remix Medical's office hours?
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, closed Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays. Individual offices can differ, so check the location page for the office you are visiting.
How do I make an appointment with Remix Medical?
Call (713) 597-5131, or use the "Book Visit" button in the site header to send a request with your preferred clinician, office, and times. Requests are confirmed by our staff — booking a request is not the same as a confirmed slot, so you will hear back before the visit is set.
What should I do if I have a medical emergency?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this page, the message form, email, or the patient portal for an emergency — none of them are monitored continuously, and waiting for a reply costs time you may not have.
What is the fax number for Remix Medical?
(713) 597-5132. Use it for records, referrals, and clinical documents, and include a cover sheet naming the patient and the receiving clinician so it reaches the right person.
How do I request my medical records from Remix Medical?
Call (713) 597-5131 and ask for medical records, or open the Support menu in the site header and choose "Request Records" to submit it online. We confirm your identity, the recipient, and the date range before releasing anything, so have the receiving provider's name and fax ready.
Who do I contact about a bill or an insurance question?
Call (713) 597-5131 and ask for billing, or send a message from this page and choose "Billing & insurance". Bills can be paid online through the patient portal, and the plans we accept are listed on the insurance page.
Can I email my doctor at Remix Medical?
Use the patient portal, not email. The portal is encrypted and its messages land in your chart; ordinary email is neither. Reserve info@remixhq.com and the message form on this page for administrative questions, and keep medical details out of both.
Can I find out what a visit will cost before I come in?
Yes. If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before a scheduled service, and you can request one by calling (713) 597-5131. Our Good Faith Estimate page explains what the estimate covers and what to do if the final bill is substantially higher.
How does another provider refer a patient to Remix Medical?
Use the "Refer a patient" option in the site's Support menu, which routes the referral to the right specialty, or call (713) 597-5131 to reach the referral coordinator. Include the reason for referral, the specialty requested, and the patient's insurance so the visit can be scheduled without a second call.
Is Remix Medical part of a hospital system?
No. Remix Medical is physician-owned and independent, which is why you see the same clinician each visit rather than a rotating panel. Our physicians hold privileges at affiliated Houston-area hospitals and facilities, listed on the facilities page.
