Opt Out of Targeted Advertising and Sale or Sharing
We do not sell your personal data for money. However, when we use third-party advertising and measurement tools, the resulting disclosures may qualify as a "sale" or as "sharing" / "targeted advertising" under Texas, California, and other state privacy laws.
Three ways to opt out. Any one of them is sufficient.
1. Global Privacy Control (recommended)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other universal opt-out mechanisms. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and of any sale or sharing — automatically, before advertising tags load, with no further action from you.

2. Cookie Preferences
Use the preference center to withdraw consent for advertising, analytics, or functional cookies at any time. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled.

An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We will not require you to create an account, and we will not ask you to verify your identity for an opt-out request beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Your Other Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may also confirm, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. See Privacy Policy § 7.
We respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days with notice. If we decline, you may appeal by emailing info@remixhq.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal." We respond to appeals within 60 days, and if we deny the appeal we will give you a mechanism to complain to the Texas Attorney General.
Sensitive and Biometric Data
We do not sell sensitive personal data. We do not sell biometric personal data. We do not collect biometric identifiers through this website.
Non-Retaliation
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or give you a different level of care or service because you exercised a privacy right.
