Personal Injury
Accident injury care, start to settlement, in one physician-owned group.
Six specialties, Houston-area clinics, and one medical chart — for people injured in accidents, and for the attorneys who represent them.
Choose your path
Both doors reach the same physicians and the same chart. Only the paperwork differs.
I was hurt in an accident.
Get examined, diagnosed, and treated by physicians — at no cost to you while your case is open.
- Seen within 24 hours in most cases
- No payment out of pocket on a Letter of Protection
- Care in English, Spanish, and Farsi
- You don't need a lawyer to be seen
I represent an injured client.
One lien, one chart, every specialty — plus in-house medical clearance so procedures don't stall.
- Same-business-day referral acknowledgment, from a named coordinator
- One entity, one lien, one ledger at settlement
- Internal medicine and pulmonary clearance inside the group
- Narrative reports, §18.001 affidavits, and physicians who testify
Not sure which applies? Everything below is true for both. If you're a case manager, adjuster, or another physician sending a patient, start on the attorney and referrer page.

- Within 24 hours — same-day contact
- Cost to the injured
- Nothing up front, on a Letter of Protection
- Coverage
- 7 Greater Houston clinics, plus telemedicine statewide
- Languages
- English, Spanish, and Farsi — spoken in the exam room
Every specialty an injury case needs, inside one group.
Most accident care is a chiropractor and an injection clinic stitched together. When a patient turns out to be diabetic, on blood thinners, asthmatic, or pregnant, that arrangement stalls — nobody in it can medically clear them. Ours doesn't, because the clearing physician is down the hall.
Chiropractic
Conservative care first
Hands-on treatment and documented functional progress — the starting point for most soft tissue and spine injury.
Interventional pain
Image-guided procedures
Epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and joint injections when conservative care isn't enough.
Internal medicine
Clearance and complexity
Comorbidity assessment, medication and blood-thinner review, and written clearance before interventional procedures.
Pulmonary medicine
Breathing and airway
Evaluation after smoke or chemical inhalation, and sedation risk assessment for patients with asthma, COPD, or sleep apnea.
Primary care
The whole patient
Longitudinal management and coordination across every specialty involved, so nothing falls between providers.
Imaging and diagnostics
Getting the picture
X-ray, MRI, and diagnostic testing read into the same chart the rest of your care lives in.
What we treat after an accident.
Every condition and procedure has its own page, written and reviewed by the physicians who do the work. You don't need to know which one you have before you call.
The full list, grouped by injury, is on the page for your situation — what we treat after an accident for patients, the same list with procedures for referring firms. Or browse every condition we treat and every treatment we perform.
Clinics across Greater Houston, plus telemedicine statewide.
Distance is the most common reason a patient stops treating. Where you live should decide where you're seen.
